Richard Vietor

Mr. Vietor and Don Panoz first worked together 22 years ago when Mr. Vietor was a top ranked investment research analyst specializing in large and emerging pharmaceutical companies. Currently he is President of R.R. Vietor, LLC, where he advises on corporate strategy, financing and communications issues. Mr. Vietor has over 39 years experience as an industry analyst.

Mr. Vietor previously served as Vice President of WebMD Corp (now HLTH Corp), where he focused on investor and strategic issues.  While at WebMD, Mr. Vietor was on the team that completed the successful public offering of the company’s WebMD Health subsidiary.  As the Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Vietor was a senior member of investment banking teams.  Mr. Vietor also has extensive experience serving on the boards of public and private companies.  Mr. Vietor received his B.A. from Yale University with honors in history and his M.B.A. in finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.  Mr. Vietor is an avid sailor, golfer, historian and collector.
