S. Randolph Simpson, III

Mr. Simpson is an independent financial consultant. He serves on the board of directors of BCI Engineers and Scientist, Inc. As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FCS Holdings, he directed the sale of Florida Crushed Stone Company to CSR America.

Mr. Simpson graduated from Vanderbilt University and holds an MBA from the University of Virginia, The Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Finance. He serves on the board of the Central Florida Presbytery, which is composed of the 76 Presbyterian churches in 10 counties in Central Florida. His interest includes mission work, golf and reading. He has traveled extensively in the United States and Europe.
