E. Allen Stewart, III

Mr. Stewart, Chief Operating Officer of HydroMentia, Inc., has degrees from the University of Florida and Florida Technological University and was awarded the College of Engineering's Professional Achievement Award from the University of Central Florida.  A biologist and a professional engineer, he holds numerous patents relating to the design and operation of periphyton and hyacinth-based water treatment systems. Over two decades, Mr. Stewart has designed and overseen the operations of numerous large-scale water treatment systems and is recognized as a leading expert in this field. A prolific writer, Mr. Stewart has published and presented numerous papers nationally and internationally on a variety of environmental subjects.
